Cajun Chicken Pasta
This Cajun Chicken Pasta is one of those recipes that checks all the boxes—bold flavor, creamy comfort, and barely any brainpower required. It’s a go-to when you want something satisfying but don’t want to spend forever in the kitchen.
Start by seasoning and sautéing chicken until golden, then cook down the peppers and onions for that sweet-meets-spicy base. A few pantry spices and a splash of cream turn into a rich, dreamy sauce that wraps around the pasta perfectly. Any shape works here: penne, rotini, whatever’s in your pantry. Finish it off with parmesan, stir it all together, and dinner’s done. Bonus: the leftovers reheat like a dream.

Notes
▶ Breakfast for dinner has become a regular rotation in our house, and this recipe anchors our meal. Pair with bacon or sausage, add a side salad, or complete with pancakes for dessert.
▶ Feel free to swap out the veggies to whatever else you like! Just make sure it’s no more than 3 cups. We’ve tried both sausage and mushrooms in this recipe, and it also came out well.
